Device paused but not connected!

I’m trying to connect my phone to the wifi and it says, “your device is paused, please click link to unpause” send me to the app and i don’t know what to do from there. I’m addition my phone isn’t even connected to the wifi so how do I fix this or how do you fix this?!

Make sure your WiFi on your phone is not set to auto connect and that your data is on. And once in the app at bottom click connect circle icon then scroll down to devices, it will say under the device that it's paused, make sure you look under devices not connected at the very bottom. Click that device and at the top it will say unpause then you can reconnect.

I was just able to fix this on my device by forgetting the network on my phone and then reconnecting.
