Detected or Resource (DNS) Server is not responding.
Its been 3 weeks since my internet began dropping intermetently. When I run Diagnostics, i get the "Detected or resource (DNS) server is not responding". This drop in service has prevented me from logging into secure VPN connections and performing my job. I have called 10 or more times, had 1 tech out and he logged a maintenance ticket, spoke to a supervisor (who did nothing but apologize without offering a solution), been dropped from calls, not recieved call backs, and have another tech scheduled. I still do not have fully functional internet.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? I am connected to 188.8.131.52 like most standard users.
