Desperately seeking help
I have had poor internet connection issues for almost 2 years. Live agents and xfinity assistants cancel appointments without notifying me and are not resolving my issue. I do have a tech appointment scheduled for tomorrow, but I am not confident that will fix my issues. I am hoping for some kind of intervention so I won’t be forced to cancel my 22 year old account. Hopefully I hear from someone who can help soon….
