Mine out for 3 days now as well. No answers. Just promises of getting issue resolved. No live person to talk to.

Same here. I guess we don’t really count, a-way down here on the southern border. Funny thing is, I drove over to Walmart today (5/12/23) and their internet is working fine! I’ve been using my phone data to do work stuff but this is getting ridiculous. C’mon Comcast/Xfinity! Fix our internet!!

I wrote this original question 2 weeks ago and the outages have gotten worse. We're now into day 5 of a continuous outage city wide and no one from Xfinity bothers to explain why. How do we all apply for a credit on our next bill for your failure to provide the service we're paying for?
