Hi @user_93d800! Thank you for visiting us on the Xfinity Forums. I'd be happy to help with your options for removing a connected device. Are you using one of our awesome Xfinity Gateways?
@user_d5dd2e It's a 4 month old topic that should have been closed, it's usually better to start your own, but if you have the same question on that model:
The quick way is to dump everyone. Log in locally to http://10.0.0.1 and change the WiFi network password. Add your devices back one at a time.
MAC address filtering might be enabled still in your firmware, or it may not. I don't know if they changed it or not. If they didn't, the setting is gateway>connection>wifi
The manual is here: https://arris.secure.force.com/consumers/ConsumerProductDetail?p=a0ha000000TnUNfAAN&c=SURFboard%20Gateways#panel3 page 33. Instead of "Allow All", change that and you specify what device can connect by MAC address.
Please create a new topic of your own here on this board detailing your issue. Thanks. The original poster has not returned. 4-month-old dead thread is now being closed.
