Delayed Installation Request

I recently established an Xfinity Account and applied for an installation of internet and land line phone service.  Xfinity sent Kyle, who works for a subcontractor called NASTEC, to our house to do the survey and prepare an estimate since the road is a good distance from the house.  Kyle submitted his work to Xfinity over three weeks ago inbgoring me that they would call to discuss the deal.  I have heard nothing, and Kyle ago, and Kyle tells me that his estimate appears to be stuck at Xfinity for approval.  Who can I call to discuss my installation and service?  I want to get internet and phone service asap.  Thanks, Henry
