Declined internet speed, high rate of uncorrected errors shown in modem (SB8600)
Hello, recently I have had a decline in Internet speed and increase in latency. On my amplifi alien router I used to get consistent 920Mbps+ speed test results on my Gig plan. Now I cannot get over 800Mbps and there is a lot of latency. I read in another post to check for open coaxial connections, splitters, etc. The line that I have coming to the house goes directly to the modem. I have attached a screen shot of the high uncorrected error rates from the SB8600 modem. Can someone please help me? I have already spent hours and hours with customer support. Everyone tells me that my connection from their side is "good". Thanks..
