days of outages and interruptions

for 3 days the internet is getting cut attributed to "network enhancements".

the first 2 days we got messages about the outages. today not even that. just a random time disconnect.

outages are called enhancements now? whom are you fooling?

please, we don't need enhancements or whatever you choose to call poor service. we just need a normal connection.

Hello, @user_py1sry we've been working for a few years to enhance our entire network. This will meet the demands of our customers for higher upload speeds when working from home, gaming, video chat, and many other high usage activities. I'm sorry to hear you are having repeated service interruptions. I'm including our information page below for more details. What I recommend is using the Xfinity Apps handy troubleshooting tools to run a diagnostic on your network. This would either rule out an area wide issue or trigger an update that there are repairs being performed in the area that interrupted your service. 

 

The app is great because no only can you manage your account with it, you can sign up to receive an automated text message once the issue clears up. You'll also receive a text if the technicians update the expected resolution time.

You can also request an adjustment for an interruption by visiting the support page. Scroll down to the map then credit, click Check credit eligibility, and enter details about your service interruption. If eligible, a credit is automatically added to your account.
