Day 13 without wifi or any update after Hurricane Beryl

I'm at 77583 and still to this date not a single update, working hotspot or attempt to even fix anything.. seriously two weeks? This is a joke. No real updates on Comcast web, forums, YouTube, reddit, legit everything I've only seen one Xfinity truck around my neighborhood since the outage. Please inform us wether we are going to have to migrate to another provider or is there going to be a fix soon this whole chase for simple information has become ridiculous for s major provider like Comcast/Xfinity this is disappointing.

We apologize for this inconvenience @user_arian21 and understand the frustration this severe weather event has caused. As soon as we have power restored to our networks our teams will begin to repair the network to restore services as soon as possible.
