DATA USEAGE
My data usage suddenly went up. Now I know that I have to take all of my devices off line and add them back in one by one to find the offending device. I also know that I have to use the Xfinity app to monitor my usage. Here is my question. Since I had a problem in the past, I check my usage every day and keep a daily record of my usage in a spreadsheet. At the end of August, 2023 I used 130 GB. Now when I look back on my three month trend, it has changed to about 260 GB. At the end of September, 2023, I used 157 GB. Now when I look at the three month trend, it has changed to about 320. I am just sorry that I didn't take a snapshot of the screens when I recorded my usage in August and September. How can I prove that the numbers suddenly changed from previous months?
