Data Useage Not Correct
I received an email yesterday stating I have used 75% of my 1.2 terabytes of data for the month of November. I am about 18 days into the month. There is no way this usage number is correct. There is only me and my wife using the internet, and we don't game or hold video meetings. All we do is use our computers for searches and Facebook and watch tv by streaming it through Hulu plus Live TV. I see on this forum that my problem of excessive/incorrect usage is a known Xfinity problem. When will this problem be corrected. In the meantime, please adjust my usage numbers to the correct total.
