Data usage
My internet was shut off for the first part of the month but my internet usage kept going up magically. I have somehow already went through 1.2 terabytes a few days ago. I think xfinity is scamming their customers.

If you'd like to review options to add unlimited data to your account, please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. My internet usage also went up while I was out of the country. And Xfinity purposefully doesn't show us daily data, to avoid us asking too many questions.

Mine shows I have used a whole 2GB this month! There is something definitely wrong with their usage monitor, at least as far as what they are displaying to their customers.
