Data usage

This past month I’ve received a messaged that I’ve gone over my 1229 gb data usage. However, in the past year with xfinity I have never gone over that limit. The most my family and I have ever used would probably be 1028. We’re currently on the 10th day of the month and my data usage has already reached 500+Gb. I’ve tried pausing the children’s video game, laptops , etc. but it’s still going up. Is there something wrong or an error because this seems very usual??

All complete [Edited: "Language"].  I just did a chat regarding the same issue, and was told,  "I am also showing that we have a work order opened yesterday as there seems to be data leakage in your area. We will be working on this issue soon and will make sure that you are not charged for any data overages on the account."
