Data usage with unlimited Internet data

Hello so I recently got Xfinity's 400 mb Internet plan. I was assured that I have unlimited data but when I look on the Data Usage part of the app it tells me I have 0% of the 100000 GB used. I just wanted to make sure that even though I have unlimited it is normal that it still says "Out of 100000GB". I am just worried that I will surpass this amount and be billed for it even though I purchased unlimited. Does the Data Usage graph not just say "Unlimited" if you have unlimited? Sorry if this is confusing please let me know if I need to further clarify.

Data graph will say 100000gb regardless if you have unlimited or the capped plan. I have unlimited and last month I used 3 terabytes.

it’s normal, they don’t have a “unlimited “ graph.

Hello, user_417623. I can certainly understand wanting to make sure you won't go over in data. If you'd like, I can review your account for you here.

Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
