Data Usage Stuck at 0 GB For Past Few Months

Hi Xfinity, my data usage for the past few months has been stuck at 0 GB. I've tried rebooting my modem, signing out of the app and website and signing back in, and clearing browser cookies and cache and I'm still having this issue. Is there a reason for this?
