Data usage spikec

My data usage on my tv is about 319 GB every month and for the first time in my life and I’ve been with comcast for over 27 years it has spiked to 928 GB and

it says and 75 % almost over. 
Nothing has changed in my household 2 adults no games, etc.  

What’s going on???

user_dh5118 thank you for using the Community Forums page to reach out today, I understand the importance of keeping a hold over you data and usage. Seeing such an increase would certainly be a cause for concern. Do you have profiles set up for the devices on your network to show you the usage in the Xfinity app?

Hope Xfinity doesn't force everyone to switch to use another company's service?
