Data Usage Overview does not show usage since August 2020

I monitor how much data we use because of data caps... and August 2020 to December 2020 has not shown ANY data usage, we've used it's just an empty chart unless July 2020 and further back it shows it correctly.

The "I don't see my usage meter in My Account, what do I do?" link on https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/data-usage-plan says:


If you have questions related to the Data Usage Meter, please call us at 1-877-807-6581 and a service representative from the Customer Security Assurance Department will be able to help you.

Expect the fix to take a few weeks.
