Data usage not working

In the Xfinity app I am not longer able to see where my home internet data usage is at-  stopped working September 3rd.  Talked to online support and they said it would be fixed within a couple days-  still not working.  Another agent said I am at 704 which is crazy for only 11 days.  Help!!

As stated in https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/do-not-see-usage-meter:

If you have questions related to the Data Usage Meter, please call us at 1-888-565-4329, and a service representative from the Customer Security Assurance department will be able to help you.

The fix probably will not be quick. When I had this problem it took them about 2 weeks to fix after I reported it.
