Data Usage Meter Stuck at Zero AGAIN
For more than year, every month (or sometimes every other month), my data usage meter gets stuck at zero on the 1st of the month when the usage resets. Sometimes it starts working after a few days, other times I can go weeks before it starts reading data usage ... and it doesn't register anything I may have used up to that point. I called Comcast over the months and tech support has been pretty useless as they just want to reset my equipment even though my service is working fine. I have a customer owned modem and router but even when I stream Disney Plus or Amazon Prime on Comcast's owned XG1V4 it still doesn't register the data usage on the meter.
It's only 2/2, but for the past few days I've streamed plenty of HD content and downloaded some larger GB game updates. The meter may start working in the next day or so, but so far it's still sitting at 0 since the evening of 1/31.
I guess it could be a lot worse compared to all the customers who are posting about unusually large data usage ... but I've had the opposite issue where I've got no data usage on and off for months. Possibly more evidence that the data usage meter just isn't very accurate.
The rest of my services have been working fine, but just posting to see if there is some way to see if there is Comcast solution to this. Again it's not related to my equipment as my service is working fine, and both my modem and Comcast's XG1V4 will not register data usage ... and I'm not going through equipment troubleshooting again.

Thanks for checking in. I was able to get a help ticket in via the Customer Security phone number. It looks like they got my meter working again starting last night. Still not sure what causes the issue as it was nothing on my end. I can always follow up or post a new thread if / when this happen again in the future.

Updating ... for the [Edit: Language] of it I checked with a neighbor a few houses away with a Comcast supplied gateway. He never checks his usage but I had him login and check his meter. He's seeing zero for February as well. He may just not have used much data this month, but it may also point to something with how the node/area is reading data?
