Data Usage Doubled
It's been so frustrating to waste several hours to wait/chat/call with 4 representatives for the doubled usage issue today without coming out anything.
My Internet data usage is about 700GB a month, last month it went up high to 1.78TB. Look like I am not alone in this period of time (Dec/2024 - Jan 2025, maybe in the future).
I reset my wifi name/password and restarted modem early this month, but looks not helpful.
Today, Feb 10th, my data usage is approaching 50%, it'll definitely exceed the 1.2T cap again with this trend, 50-60GB/daily.
What should I do to resolve this issue at my end, or what should Xfinity do to fix issue at their end.
