Data Usage Discrepancy
Hello,
I’ve been looking at my data usage this month and last month have been extremely high. I am now concerned maybe someone has tampered with or tapped into my line and has been piggybacking my internet in my apartment building? According to my router my traffic traffic usage only amounts to less than 40 GB per week.
Could this possibly be why I have not been getting my usual speeds?

At this time data usage is verified by an independent, third-party auditor. The best course of action, in this case, would actually be to report this to our Customer Security Assurance. You can contact them by following this link: https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse/ or by calling CSA Toll-Free Number: 1-888-565-4329. I would suggest changing your network name and password as well @clairevo if you believe someone is using your services without permission.
