Data threshold

The IT company hired to troubleshoot my cloud service advised that to clear up the problem they may have to wipe the cloud clean and start over. I have slightly more than 2TB to upload. What is the data threshold for the plan I am on? Is there a cost and how much if I exceed the threshold?
