Damage to my lawn/property
The folks from Comcast/Xfinity dug a hole at the side of my house on the lawn to install the comcast line. However, the opening is not properly filled. With more than expected rains this season, the hole is getting bigger everyday. I called the customer service 10 days ago and they said I will receive a call in 3 days. It never happened. The line was dug in the first week of June. I believe the hole/opening was small then so I did not notice. Now due to rains and me mowing the lawn consistently, I can see the hole/opening getting bigger. I need this to be fixed as soon as possible to avoid any water damage to the foundation of the house. Also, the landscaping rocks (which are just beside the opening) are sliding into the opening. FIX THIS ASAP. Give me a call to provide me a timeline. During the time of the service, I got a message that I don't have to be present for the outside work being done. If I know they are going to do such a terrible job filling the hole, I would have been present.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
