Daily T4 timeouts, what can I do?
I've worked from home for a year now and xfinity has been very stable up until about a month ago for me. Now at least once a day I'm experiencing a complete loss of connection for multiple minutes. I'm reading the sequence of events in my SB6190 modem's log indicates the modem is losing downstream DOCSIS management information, not struggling to transmit upstream. What can I do about this?

Hey there user_px15pq, thanks for reaching out here on the forums! It's definitely odd that you suddenly started getting disconnected after a year of stable service. Does this happen at particular time of day, or does it happen randomly?
