daily service interruptions since bomb cyclone on 11/20/2024

Hi, I've had almost daily service interruptions since the bomb cyclone hit the Seattle area on November 20th, 2024. These interruptions have been intermittent and occur seemingly every day. I can't get through to a live person via the phone number as the automated system just tells me "speaking to someone won't make anything go faster" but I need a line of communication about what actually is wrong and what is being done to fix it. Its been this way for about three weeks and I just need some answers.

  •   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter to send it
