Daily resets

Still trying to schedule a technician visit. This has been going on for 2 months and all they want to do is test and retest the modem. I tell them it's not the modem. It is dual services sharing 1 cable from the pole the split outside the building. None of these issues were happening before they split the cable for rhe additional services

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?
