Daily Outages

Every day there is at least one internet and tv outage last between 1 and 3 minutes. Why?

vacation2 Good morning! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to our Xfinity Forums. We typically do a system update every morning to be sure our customers have the latest software. While you wouldn't be able to adjust the time your internet does the update, you can adjust the time on your TV. I've included the steps if you would like to change the time for the update on your TV. Please let us know if there is anything else we can answer for you.

Yes my box updates around 4:30 in the morning.  I'm talking about outages at noon, 6 and 8 pm

Hello, @vacation2 when these service interruptions happen are you confirming them through the Xfinity App or our status center page?  I want to be sure this is area-wide interruptions and not connection issues specific to your residence. If this is only happening to you, we would want to troubleshoot the issue and possibly schedule a technician.
