Does anyone have information about the outages happening multiple times per day each day in the [Edited: "Personal Information"] area?

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

Hi there Spiro1! I hope that your having a fantastic Friday. I'm sorry to read of the ongoing trouble you were having with service issues. I know how frustrating it can be when your services drop. For my home if the internet goes out, I know within minutes because one of the kids or my in laws are streaming some show that, for them, is crucial to watch at that moment. Having any hiccup is going to cause chaos! @EG offered some excellent resources to check on your service status and to help determine it the interruptions are related to a known area issue. Thanks @EG for sharing those options with our status site and Xfinity app.
