Daily outages

Every morning I have two outages over a 15 minute period. How can I get this addressed? The chat assistant is incapable of understanding the question.

Hey! Im a freelance IT guy not affiliated with Comcast or Xfinity!

Just to check, did you go through rebooting, making sure cables were plugged in all the way, etc? If that was done beforehand and you still have rebooting issues, I'll need some technical data from you. If you have an Xfinity Router:

log into 10.0.0.1 on a computer with user: admin and the password: password (it may prompt you to change the default password.)

This logs you in to the router locally. From there, you'll need to go to: Gateway > Connection > XFINITY Network

You'll just need to copy/paste the downstream, upstream, and CM error codewords. All the numbers/data correlates with how strong of a signal you have, if there's any signal interference, and possibly pinpoint the issue

If you have a different router, let me know what the model number is and I'll try to find some specific instructions

First. When these outages occur are they being officially indicated here with any info about them ?;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

Or you can use the Xfinity App: https://www.xfinity.com/apps

I tried a bunch of those things when I finally got ahold of someone. They decided to send over a technician. Let's hope they figure it out.
