Daily outages

I work from home, and over the last few weeks we've gone from intermittent outages to daily loss of service, sometimes multiple times a day for multiple hours. I'm losing productive time at my job and have already racked up over $30 in cell data charges due to the WiFi dropping. Every time I call customer service, they refuse to connect me with an agent. Can someone contact me and tell me why this keeps happening and how it's getting fixed? I'm starting to regret switching my service, and I've only been with Xfinity for a month.

I have been in contact with support, and while maintenance for the line occurred, outages are still happening. I work from home and losing service this much is not acceptable.
