Daily Outages

Xfinity used to be awesome. That is until about 2 months ago when 50-80% of the time my internet goes down due to outages in my area that only seem to effect 100 of us. Not to mention they ripped up my yard and left conduit sticking out of the yard for a month. I've called during and after outages and the most credit I've gotten was $5.00. No promotional incentives for my frustration. Nothing to compensate the time my wife has had to take off work for her work from home job. I had a reliable fast internet service. For years through this company. I'm frustrated. Angry. Tired of constant outages. We live in a technologically driven world that requires connectivity. Thank you for robbing me Xfinity. I fully appreciate that you can't schedule your outages for off hours, or you can't figure out how to wrap it up so I'm not stuck going literal months with daily outages.

Daily Internet outages! So sick and tired of paying for a service that doesn't work! They don't even stand behind their service, trying to make us pay to come out and fix their awful hardware, nope! If your equipment isn't up to par that's on Comcast not the customer! Worst company I've ever dealt with! I'd rather have DSL, or get Verizon's, T-Mobiles 5g home network! Do something about this Comcast!
