Daily outages
Does anyone have daily outages for hours? And I’m never notified when there’s an outage! I find out once I start trying to get online. Unable to reach anyone via phone! Frustrating! I think my service is turned off on purpose bc of balance due!

@EGis not Comcast, and is not responsible for the incompetent way the company's senior managers run the company. He has helped a great many customers overcome that incompetence. It isn't fair for you to blame him for their shortcomings.
