Daily outages and no fix
Since we started service in April 2020 we experience many outages every day. Sometimes for 5 minutes sometimes hours. Our longest outage was 3 days. We’ve had 4 techs come and no long term solution.
A month ago we had a tech replace the outlet on the wall and he then called another tech to remove a splitter from the power line that we were receiving our signal from. That fixed it for a few weeks but the issue persists. The last tech that came for lack of a better word was useless. He didn’t inspect anything on the power line, just plugged in his device and said everything looked good and blamed the issue on “noise” and said that there was basically nothing we can do. So are we just stuck without internet? What can we do? I have another tech coming on Monday is there any additional details I can provide them to help them address our problem? Thanks for your help.

We also have been experiencing the frequent internet breaks for a few months. Just now our internet was suddenly off for about 20 minutes. I contacted the custom service several times, and they did troubleshootings but couldn't identify any problems, which persist frequently. It's very frustrating and annoying.

We’ll be moving to a new internet service provider in a few weeks but I wanted to check the forums to see if anyone had any ideas on the reason for this.
