Daily intermittent issues - Xfinity says everything is fine

Hello - I am having daily issues with my service being unstable. I've been trying to troubleshoot with Claude and ChatGPT and this is their diagnosis. 

"My modem is showing repeated T3 upstream ranging timeouts, Lost MDD errors, and the CMTS is commanding upstream power that exceeds my modem's transmit range. I'm also seeing constant OFDM profile downgrades on channel 193 and tens of millions of uncorrectable downstream errors. I need a field tech to check the drop and the tap — this is not a router or modem problem."

My logs are below. Is there anything else I can do? I do notice one filter on the line coming into the house.
