Customers paying for speed not delivered.. Xfinity stealing from customers

I am paying for 800 Mbps,  and I have always checked my speed its website… the speed always has been delivered; however, recently it has gone from 800 to 94 Mbps and sometime it is less than that.. I have been a customer for almost over 15 years when Adelphia used to be the provider… 2 Technicians came over and they told me that the Xfinity’s website it is not the correct one to check the speed… [Edited: "Inflammatory"/"Language"] .. still the problem had not been fixed and and I am not getting the speed which I am paying for every month . Greetings, @user_vn9fpr! We appreciate that you have been a part of our family for so long and are happy to help with the internet speed. We don't want it working like that and apologize you have been dealing with such slow speed! Have you already gone through the troubleshooting steps with one of our Agents which include checking the modem, cables, and having signals sent? That is usually done before we send out a Technician. I don't want you to have to repeat any steps and continue to move this process forward.
