Customer service

I’m tired of the interruptions on my internet. Happens why to often, your customer service is terrible, never can reach anyone. This is unacceptable, specially for a cable company that has control of my internet which also controls my ability to call for help on my phone incase of emergency. This needs to be addressed, or I will find a new provider. Thank you. VERY ANGRY

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.
