First. Check their site for official info on any possible local outages here;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

I see you are having Wi-Fi issues, is your network turning on and off, or your modem? Any power issues in your area currently? Have you checked all connections to your gateway and verified they are "finger tight"?
