Need a live person bc I am stuck no WiFi at home and been turning off/n to troubleshoot and Xfinity chat is hung up and not responding

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

Hello user_giidl4, thank you for reaching out here in our Xfinity Community forum. I am a live person, and I am happy to help you. I see you are having Wi-Fi issues, is your network turning on and off, or your modem? Any power issues in your area currently? Have you checked all connections to your gateway and verified they are "finger tight"?

Thank you for responding!  I finally got through with a live agent and was able to help me - total reset of modem signals.
