Critical Issues on Modem Event Log

Recently had power go out. When power came back in we lost internet and tv for about an hour, with upstream light on modem blinking continuously and no internet. Internet finally came back and cable came back but upstream light is still blinking continuously, can’t remember if it always did.

Checking event log for modem and getting these 3 messages over and over labeled Critical:

Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response Received - T3 Time-out

Unicast Maintenance Ranging Attempted - No Response - Retries Exhausted

Ranging Request Retries Exhausted

Just wondering if there is anything I can do on my end to fix these critical errors, or if I need a technician out.

Modem is a Netgear CM400
