Critical (3) SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Loss of Sync

Every evening at ~10pm-12amEST my internet connection becomes very unstable.  Of course, i have followed the scripted troubleshooting and unable to resolve the problem.   When I check the modem/router logs I see entries suggesting that there is something wrong with the connection. An example of the event log is provided below.    Please note that this is after a power cycle at ~9:45pm EST.
