Creating Pathways from Router
I've got a Chamberlain WiFi garage door opener - which must initially be paired to a network operating at 2.4 Ghz - that's not seeing my network. I've been told Xfinity routers typically connect at 5.0 Ghz, to maximize speed.
I'm trying to log into 10.0.0.1, but the site will not accept the same username and password I use to log into my Xfinity account.
Any thoughts out there?

Hi there, @user_z30i2p I can definitely understand the confusion. The login for 10.0.0.1 is separate from your Xfinity account login, so your Xfinity ID and password will not work there. For newer Xfinity Gateways, Admin Tool access may first need to be enabled through the Xfinity app under WiFi > View WiFi equipment > Advanced settings > Admin Tool online access. The username for the Admin Tool is admin, and you’ll use the Admin Tool password you set when enabling access. Your gateway should also support 2.4 GHz, but on newer models the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands may be managed automatically rather than manually selectable.
