Crash every time I stream video

I just upgraded my account - what a joke - from 200 mpbs to 600mbps, still only get 250mbps, regardless in my old apartment same address, I NEVER had the problem I have today. I get booted off the network every time I stream video over a camera. This is awful. What can you do about this?
