Continuous, repeated outages in my area
Have had repeated, random unplanned outages all week (9/26-9/29/2022) talked with two agents on the Monday and Tuesday. First agent was hopeful, thinking the issue wouldn't come back after troubleshooting. When speaking to the second agent on Tuesday, I told them that I already had the issue, guy just told me that because there was an outage there's nothing he could do (which is fair) but at least give me some information about the outage, upgrading?, is it my equipment?, is it the lines leading to the poles??, no info and now I can't even do the live agent chat.
