Continuous Outages

My internet continuously goes out and nobody can tell me why. Last month, it was out 13 times. February, 3 times and it's icky February 5th.

Same issue here. For the past 3 days internet connection drops 10-15 time per day for 1-3 minutes. Stupid Assistant is no help. Phone support connects to the same stupid assitant which insist I restart my modem (I didn't that several time already).

@user_tgw69e​ mine is completely for hours. Every time, at least 10 + hours. I hope you can get assistance, good luck, nobody has been able to do anything to assist me.

Thanks for reaching out to us,  we do apologize for any inconvenience. Can you let me know of any troubleshooting steps you have taken on the Xfinity app or by doing a hard reset on your modem by unplugging the power cord from the back of the modem for 30 seconds and plugging it back in?
