Continuing issues with 2.4 side of Xfinity modem/router

Finally got a tech out.....was able to assist in making separate 2.4 and 5 channels.....worked exactly for one day.  Woke up the next day and most of my smart home products (which use the 2.4 channel) were offline.  Went to connect with my ipad on the 2.4 and get the same annoying message--temporarily unavailable.  SO FRUSTRATED!

See if the networks are still separated. Comcast resets things / pushes firmware updates overnight that changes settings. YMMV. Good luck !

Associate the devices with the 2.4 band's SSID (broadcast name) and password.
