Construction ticket - urgent
In the past 3 weeks, I have to schedule 3 techs out for my Internet being slow. Each one has said the outside line needs to be replaced and I'm getting negative readings into the house. Nothing has been fixed and it appears to have been passed to a construction ticket. How to I follow up on this? We move in this weekend and work from home. This needs to be resolved asap. I was told I would be getting 1000 down and I'm only getting 25-100 on good days.
