Constant T3 T4 Timeouts and SYNC Timing Synchronization failure

I am having constant T3 and T4 timeouts at home. I call Xfinity, they try and do their magic signal sending, but it keeps happening. I am always losing connection during Zoom calls which most of us know are life right now in quarantine. What do you recommend?
