Constant outages

Hello 

I am having an outage every 2 days for several hours. I have been patiently waiting for these to be done until I get hit by another outage. My patience is running thin and I am about to switch to at&t who have been circling like vultures around my house. 

If this does not stop soon you will be losing a loyal customer. My address is in Atlanta GA 30345
