Constant outages
During the last month and a half i been getting horrible speeds, i pay for 1.2gbs a pretty expensive bill and i barely ever grt those speeds, and during the last month i have had "outage" of up to 8 hours on 3 separate occasions.

By chance have you gone through any of the troubleshooting laid out on xfinity.com/support/articles/internet-connectivity-troubleshooting? If not, I'd definitely recommend starting there as the page includes a lot of helpful tips that can resolve common Wi-Fi issues.
