Constant outages
Why are there so many outages lately in the Miami Beach area? I've had 4 outages in the last month. One lasting 6 hours. As of this post my current outage is 2 hours. I work from home and I just want to know the root cause to determine if I should continue with the service

First. When these outages occur, are they being officially indicated with any info about them here ?;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

Thanks for taking the time to post on our community forums, user_qmfgcl! I'm sorry to hear there have been so many service interruptions in you area. There are several potential causes for these interruptions, and we may not be able to provide an exact answer. Has this been a problem in month's prior, or did it just ramp up in number this month?
